Hough Elementary staff puts a huge emphasis on recognizing students when they go above and beyond. This is a major part of our PBIS (Positive Behavior Intervention and Support) building-wide system. Mrs. Cantwell had an idea to extend this to our staff, by building a Staff Shout Out bulletin board. This will help us remember to appreciate each other and notice the hard work we do for kids each day. Thank you Melissa!
